Who are we ?

In 1976, Mr. Bonnet Roger was 31 years old. A graduate of the CNAM, he already had good experience in the laboratory and chemistry workshop. A few years of experience as a sales engineer for optical scientific equipment for medical research completed his training. He then created the company Franklab, specialized in detergent and hygiene. In 30 years, the company grew strongly, moved twice to Yvelines (78) and then had an international clientele and recognized health products.

In 2008, with a view to a capital restructuring, he created with his son Frank and his technical director and friend Wissam a holding company called FB INT’L, (short for Franklab international). This then holds 100% of the capital of the Franklab laboratory. Independent Franklab entities are born in Asia, Mexico, Portugal... and growth continues.

In 2015, the holding company structured the group into 3 business zones. It sold 30% then 40% of the shares of Franklab which operates in the Europe/Africa Zone. The holding company then bought an industrial building in Mayenne and its shareholders considered the future of the Franklab brand.

In 2020, on December 22, after 4 years of friendly and trusting exchanges resulting in a fruitful collaboration, the new shareholders of Franklab France feel ready to take over the reins and buy the remaining 60% of the capital. FB Int'l remains the owner of the Franklab Brand and its shareholders then decide to make the other 2 zones prosper as well. Frank Bonnet, the son takes on responsibilities. He coordinates the new legal and financial operations with a view to renewed growth and a renewal of the group. A computer scientist by trade, he organizes digitalization to prosper in a changing world. Wissam, the partner and lifelong friend, a Centrale Paris engineer, based in Taiwan, has already been in charge of the Asia Zone for years. In 2 years, Valentin, a newcomer, has been operational from Querétaro in Mexico for the development of activities in Latin America. The FB.INT'L management decides to maintain the research contract with INRAE ​​for the development of new products.

IN 2021, on June 1st, FB.INT’L changes its name to FB PRODUCT and the head office is moved to Mayenne. A new laboratory installed in the premises in Mayenne is operational. A workshop has already been operational since 2017. FB PRODUCT now manufactures products as a subcontractor and offers services for the 3 Franklab zones around the world. Innovative products are being studied and discussed with the ANSM. Mutation, evolution, innovation, digitalization... are underway to build a group of the future! The story continues...
